1. Overview
Brivexen ("Brivexen," "we," "us," or "our") operates brivexen.com and related opt-in pages (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you sign up to receive offers through Brivexen, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.
By submitting the opt-in form on our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our sign-up form, we collect:
- Contact information — your full name and email address
- Location information — the ZIP code you provide
- Preference information — the interest categories you select (for example, auto, home, insurance, or finance-related topics)
- Technical and consent information — automatically at the time of submission, we log your IP address, browser/device information (user agent), the referring page, the marketing campaign or link that brought you to our page, the exact wording of the consent notice you agreed to, and the date and time of your submission
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through our sign-up form.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Send you promotional emails about the topics/categories you selected
- Match you with relevant offers from our marketing partners
- Maintain a record proving that you consented to receive these emails, and what you consented to
- Improve our sign-up process, our email deliverability, and our advertising campaigns
- Comply with legal obligations, including responding to regulatory inquiries about consent
4. How we use your information — sharing
Brivexen does not share, sell, or disclose your personal information (name, email, ZIP code, or preferences) with our marketing partners. We are the sender of every promotional email — partner offers are presented inside emails that Brivexen sends directly from its own systems. Your information stays with Brivexen.
If you click a link inside one of our emails to view or engage with a partner's offer, you will be taken to that partner's own website. Any information you choose to submit there (for example, filling out the partner's own quote form) is provided by you directly to that partner, under that partner's own privacy policy — not shared by Brivexen on your behalf. We encourage you to review a partner's privacy policy before submitting any information to them.
Aside from this, there are a few narrow, technical exceptions where limited data is shared — these are not "sharing with marketing partners," they are what it takes to run any online service:
- Service providers: the technical vendors that run our own systems — for example, the email delivery platform that actually sends our emails, and the hosting provider that stores our website and database. These aren't outside recipients using your data for their own purposes; they are the infrastructure Brivexen itself runs on, bound by confidentiality obligations, and Brivexen could not operate at all without them.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Brivexen or others. This is rare and reactive, not routine.
- Business transfers: if Brivexen is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subscriber information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
None of the three exceptions above involve your data being used by a marketing partner for their own promotional purposes — that only happens if you personally choose to click through to a partner's offer, as described above.
Brivexen does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
5. Consent & email preferences
By checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive promotional emails from Brivexen about the categories you selected, including offers from Brivexen's marketing partners presented within those emails. You are not required to select every category — you choose which topics you want to hear about, and you can change your preferences at any time. Your information is not shared with those partners unless you choose to click through and engage with their offer directly (see Section 4).
Every marketing email we send includes a working, one-click unsubscribe link, in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You may also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at the address below.
6. Data retention
We retain your contact and preference information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe in order to (a) honor your opt-out and avoid re-contacting you, and (b) maintain proof of your original consent in case it is ever disputed. Consent and unsubscribe records are not deleted even after you opt out, for these compliance reasons.
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our retention obligations described above
- Opt out of future marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable under state law (e.g., California). Brivexen does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
10. Cookies & tracking technologies
We and our advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure the performance of our ad campaigns, attribute sign-ups to the correct source, and improve our Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Service functions.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
